Lunch chez us – white asparagus (I can’t get my fill and must, because I won’t get any in the States), softish boiled egg (yes, that’s the true color of the yolk), Comté and vinaigrette made with mayo, mustard, sherry vinegar, olive and walnut oils. Oh, onion and tarragon too. Off camera, bread, more Comté and Vouvray. Ah Paris.
