Dorie Greenspan Book Signing
Dorie Greenspan — author of 12 cookbooks, the “On Dessert” columnist for The New York Times Magazine, a five-time James Beard Award winner, and a Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America — will be at The Pear to sign copies of her two most recent books, “Butter” and “Dorie’s Cookies.” “Butter” is a wee softcover ($14) that is part of the Short Stack series of small-format cookbooks authored by America’s top culinary talents. “Dorie’s Cookies” is a gorgeous and informative hardcover that was published last year and has become Laura’s go-to recipe source for The Best Cookies Ever. It retails for $35, but we will have copies for $30. Dorie will be signing either book while she visits with us.
