It’s a sweet yeast bread, spread with cinnamon-butter, then rolled and twisted and baked, and I was just knocked out when I saw it pinned on Pinterest by Diane Cu, one half of the talented White on Rice Couple. The bread is called an Estonian Kringel — had you heard of it? it was a first for me — and just seeing it has started me thinking about variations and possibilities.
