I’m just back from Paris and the thrill of learning that Everyday Dorie was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Cookbook Award is just sinking in. It was nominated in the General category and its running mates are two terrific books – I love them both! – by two friends and two of my culinary heroes. Everyday Dorie is nominated alongside Milk Street Tuesday Nights, by Christopher Kimball, and Simple, by Yotam Ottolenghi.
