When a dessert is made so often with so little thought, it’s easy to forget how good it can be. This tiramisu was excellent! Made by chef @simonetondo at his restaurant @racinesparis (in the Passage des Panoramas), it started with superb ingredients and was constructed to be light, balanced and lovely.
