Galette des Rois and crown. This is the dessert that celebrates Epiphany. It usually starts to turn up the 1st of January. But now that the Bûche de Noël has had its moment (they’re still around in most patisseries), the galettes are appearing. Although seeing this one today surprised me- seems just a tad early.
