Dan Lepard and The World’s Greatest Baking Tips

On the American side, you’ll find great advice from everyone’s favorite baker in the blogosphere, David Lebovitz; Cake Bible author, Rose Levy Beranbaum; and the super-smart Shirley Corriher, whose new book, Bakewise, lives up to its title.  (I’m flattered to be among this group of tipsters.)

On the French side, there’s one of my favorite breadbakers (I always stow one of his tourtes in my carry-on when I’m returning from Paris), Eric Kayser; the always wonderful Fanny Zanotti of Foodbeam; and Clothilde Dusoulier of Chocolate and Zucchini.

And the list — and the good advice — goes on and on, with tips from experts in Canada, New Zealand, Scotland and beyond, including words of wisdom from the trendsetting  Donna Hay

It’s a great list — take a look.  And, while you’re there, enter The Baking Tip Competition — it’s open to anyone, anywhere in the world, and the tips that are already posted are great.
